Exchange policy and procedures

All orders are processed in Canadian dollars. Please note that once we have shipped the item, we cannot guarantee the length of time it takes to reach you, we can only estimate. Babs is not responsible for any delays that may occur. If the item is lost in transport, we will do our best to replace the item at no extra charge to you. If you would like to know other shipping methods or you are an international customer, please e-mail us at babs@babs.ca to find a shipping solution that best suits you.

Exchanges

Babs guarantees your satisfaction with our merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your garments and we will be happy to help find a solution.

You may exchange regularly priced, unworn items for a different size, style, or a credit note. We do not offer refunds. 

You are responsible for paying the return shipping.

For sale items, they are final sale only.

All regular priced items are exchange only within 3 days.
